these days problems cloud are love

i stare up into the sky

looking for answers from above

i try to tell my self its just us

but the way i feel about u hits me like a glove

i wish this world would take abreak

so we can fly away from the troubles

on the wings of a dove



we stand up, only to fall right back down

its scratchy like thorns made into a crown

i know i can be just as mean as the nation around me

but i still love u in or out that night gown

we say things that hurt

we make each other frown

but deep inside, up or down

my love for u is crazy

like a rabie infested hound



when i say i love u

its meant that way

these day its said

just for sex

but when i say it

the meanings complex

i love u more than i love myself

though i can be a t-rex

i'm still in it

waiting to see what comes next

because i will love u

until were both laid to rest
