The big 4-O
I turned 40 today and I'm a year closer to death, that's not a good combination.
I have a cyst on the inside of my left jaw and I may need an operation.
But in spite of this, I'm feeling happy.
Life can be good but it can also be crappy.
I may be four decades old but I still have much time to be around.
If you're forty years old or older, please don't let it get you down.
