If only we'd known
If only times had been more modern
And we'd had a cell phone
We could have called
For some kind of help
Maybe even gotten away
Before the unthinkable happened
Before this neverending nightmare unfolded
Flesh consumed
Swallowed whole
Alive
No plan
No way to get away
Trapped
We became the main course
Dinner for a ravenous beast
Unknown in reason or orgin
High on dope
Just out to have a good time
How could we have known
It would be
Our very last
Fallen victim
Prey
Bloody and digusting
No hope or rescue
No easy, quick, painless death
When you are taken
Eaten alive by an oil slick
