An inferno of tears,

The pain of death,

The curiosity here,

Is all that's left,

As darkness falls,

The tears do to,

Because everything here,

Reminds me of you,

An unbearable longing,

The need to be held,

Everything that you say to me,

Inside has been felt,

The space in between us,

The miles and yards,

Somewhere in the middle,

We were dealt the wrong cards,

The one that you pulled,

And the one that I live,

Still nothing is known,

But the love I still give.
