Older Sometimes dreams come true,
Sometimes stars will fall,
More so often pain arises,
And duty comes to call,
Sometimes love surrounds us,
Sometimes loneliness embounds,
More so often concealment frails,
And bodies soon are found,
Sometimes nighttime soothes us
Sometimes darkness screams
More so often planes will crash
And nightmares corrupt our dreams,
Sometimes friends are near us
Sometimes fights will soar
More so often friends are enemies
Sadistic spies that begin wars
Sometimes families are close,
Sometimes only in the heart,
More so often we succumb to death
And forget love was a part,
Sometimes prayers help the soul,
Sometimes none can be said,
More so often there's only one prayer,
To put to rest those brave that led.
