Today is the day that I start something new
Oh how I wish this reality wouldn’t come true
Another part of me can’t wait
Like I am the fish and you are the bait
Routine is what I know and what I need
Familiar faces brighten my day like a good deed
But I know it’s time to leave my comfort zone
Oh how I wish I didn’t feel so alone
But the day will come when I see familiar faces again
Only to start all over again
