I miss the million things you say,

I miss the way you feel around me,

I miss the way you make me feel,

I miss the feeling I get when cuddled in your arms.



I hate the way I feel so alone without you,

I hate the way I'm un-happy without you,

I hate the distance between us,

I hate the fact it cost so much.



All my life I searched for you,

All the time making mistakes,

All alone and empty inside,

All afraid I’d never find you.



Now I’ve found you,

It breaks my heart I can’t hold you,

Tears drop, pen scratches,

Thoughts of you in my head.



Subsiding pain when we’re together,

Rising hell as we part,

Cold wet tears on my pillow and cheek,

The pain inside grows so much.



Cold night air on my bare flesh,

A chill down my spine,

Weeping over your absence,

My tears fall.
