Pushing it down and away,
Ignoring it then it comes,
Crying when its strong,
Laughing when it's not there.
Trying harder and harder as it grows,
Finding it more difficult to hide,
Tears falling as depressing moments appear,
It's getting worse and worse.
Your life slowly a misery,
Moodier than usual, and more tense,
Throwing things around and screaming,
It's all so hard in life.
The supressing of the hate and sorrow,
Becoming increasingly difficult,
You live it, and breath it,
It's not fair, why you?
Depression is hard to live with,
Even harder to hide,
So many people "caring" about you,
Making you feel worthless.
Your life a complete mess and misery,
Constantly crying or bleeding,
Wanting to kill yourself,
That's what heppens when depression is supressed.
