senselessness
war is nothing but senselessness,
started by a few individuals,
flex your muscles you big ignoramuses.
they force the poor to kill another countries poor.
why do we let them,
start another senseless war.
no ground is gained,
nothing is accomplished,
and millions have been killed or maimed.
these leaders are just a bunch of jocks,
lets start another war,
we'll see who has the bigger cocks.
why do we let them build these fancy war toys,
they're precise, this cuts down on civilian casualties,
yet 90% are innocent girls and boys.
nothing about war is humane,
to justify murder by calling it war,
is outrageous and utterly insane.
there's no gain in a theory of "eye for an eye",
"feed your enemy" is what jesus said,
nobody should have to die.
now we have war that will never end,
they call it the war on terror,
this is truly orwellian.
news makes it look like a football game with no score,
there's no other way to explain it,
there's nothing sensible about war.
