love my little bird,
so tiny & fragile,
& oh so delicate.
beautifully colored feathers,
which are your clothes,
so soft & smooth,
such lovely eyes,
you look at me with.
a beautiful voice,
love the way you sing,
i'd listen all day.
love to hold you, 
keep you company,
feed you good food,
& protect you from harm.
just love to be with you,
you're my little bird.
