verse 1 guilty was i condemed to die no
future hope could i view then some
one said look to the cross where
jesus died for you
verse 2 why should he save a wretch like me ?
so low in sin was i my soul was doomed
eternally but jesus heard me cry .
chrous yes i looked to the cross to old rugged
cross where his blood was shred for my sins
jesus saved me that day washed my sins all
away now i'm happy contented within .
