Someone to hold,

someone to love.

It makes the world,

so much brighter.

Feeling the warmth,

of their body,

in your arms,

instead of emptiness.

When you have someone to hold,

it makes living life,

much more worth while.

It’s like holding the whole world,

or anything that ever meant anything to you,

right there against you.

And what a pain that’s caused,

when you lose it.

So don’t let go.
