Frosty winter eyes glimmer
as its icy teeth
nips, nibbles, grinds, chews, eats
greedily away at exposed flesh
while penetrating clothing
to snap tidbits of morality
without discrimination in its feast
upon us to feed its raging hunger
in the pit of its acid stomach
screaming for more and more
crispy gingersnap people.
