Swimming in seas of laughter
as I paddle before rising
on my surfboard before riding
every offered wavelength of frequency
tickling my ears with children
giggling from innocent stomach troughs
until voluminous laughter crashes against
my neutral lips turning upward
into a heart felt smile.
