2004 poems What I did, was wrong.
What I said was bad.
So I'm sitting here feeling bad.
I know I was bad in the past
but all that has changed.
I feel bad that I lost a friend in you.
What I meant to say to you is
I was never my true self until now.
I know that I can't change your mind
about how you think about me.
What I did not say
is please give me a chance
to prove to you
but if you think the same way
then that's okay.
