Now I lay me down to sleep

   Forever the dark shadows chase me from the deep

   I am one to find a way

   To keep my emotions at bay

   Maybe I shall die and slowly fade away

   To me it’s just another dark day

   How can I draw away the pain

   People start to think I am insane

   Something tears me away from the slumber

   Maybe it’s because to me it was a bummer

   Too many friends have died today

   Too many friends have lost their way

   First it was Nick

   Then it was Sam

   Then Kari decide to take upon this plan

   Three lives lost in a month

   Three lives I grieve for



   Then I ask will I be next

   No my friends say but fail to confess

   Perhaps it is any of us to take the final test

   Between life and death

   Something commits the theft

   Back and forth it shall swing

   Then ‘tis bound by the final ring

   A chiming bell

   Alas I have at last reached hell

   Away from life we are

   Free from life's lasting scar
