Captivation…

Is simply the greatest motivation

When I stare into the dark eyes

I can no longer hear the cries

Of the horrid past

For once… I’m sure it will last

There is something hidden in your soul

I’m enchanted and have no control

Seduced I am by your charms

You raise no doubts or alarms

I can say that I don’t think twice

For once this is quite nice

I am very loved this is true

For the reason is simply you

The touch is so tender and sweet

And our lips, I love it when they meet

This seems very simple and sweet

How odd this is when mild and meek

Seems to be all a part of a dream

With you it’s not what it would seem

Instead this grew into something more

Than just my figment on the floor

When I’m tired you beckon me to rest

For once I don’t feel oppressed
