The Throne Room

I come before You, Lord.

And bow before you my King.

Nothing that I am wanting,

Just to offer worship and sing.

To gaze into your beauty,

And sit in awe of your might,

Your majesty overwhelming,

    Your perfection shining so bright.

In glorious majesty reign,

Your power in beauty is shown.

My sin and weakness become dim,

As I worship, my spirit is grown.

My words cannot express,

The love that flows from my heart.

My spirit soars in worship,

Giving thanks for my life’s new start.

Your grace and mercy shines,

    Your power, love and glory,

Your beauty majestic and bright,

    Confirming Your Deity’s story.

Thank you for your sacrifice,

That was made on my behalf.

To open the door of Your throne,

    So I can pray, worship,

        And with you, I laugh.
