I didn’t know how lovely a
flower is until I saw you
I didn’t know how multihued a
butterfly is until I met you
I didn’t know how serene
a rivulet too until I found you
I didn’t know how riveting
a bell is until I held you
I didn’t know that a bird can
resonate too until I fell in love with you
But most of all I didn’t know how to tell
You those as I’m too stupid to tell you so
perhaps I am too reserved
thinking of only myself
but if in case you wonder why
sometimes my gazes were so intent
that is because my eyes are more
expressive than my tongue can do
