I'VE BEEN  HEARING A LOT ABOUT HOW UNEXPRESSED EMOTIONS CAN CAUSE SO MANY HEALTH ISSUES. WE HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED WRONG AT AN EARLY AGE...WATCH A YOUNG CHILD THAT HAS NOT BEEN SHAMED OR LEARNED TO BE ASHAMED OF EXPRESSING EMOTIONS...THEY CAN GO FROM ONE EXTREME TO ANOTHER BUT THEY LET IT OUT AND THEN IT'S DONE AND THEY MOVE ON...IF YOU INTERRUPT THE PROCESS THERE IS A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE AND YOU ARE INHIBITING THEIR NATURAL REFLEX TO RELEASE THOSE EMOTIONS WHICH IS THE CORRECT WAY TO DO IT...JUST LET IT OUT NO SHAME...RELEASE IT AND LET IT GO...THE MORE PENT UP EMOTIONS THE MORE PROBLEMS YOU WILL HAVE...THEY HAVE TO COME OUT SOME TIME SO IT IS BEST TO LET THEM COME OUT AS SOON AS THEY NEED TO AND BE DONE WITH IT....I REMEMBER I ASKED AN ACTRESS I WORKED WITH BCKSTAGE ON A PLAY WHO WENT TO JULLIARD WHAT SHE FELT WAS THE BEST ADVICE SHE GOT ABOUT ACTING THERE AND HER REPLY WAS...SUSPEND YOUR SHAME....MAKES A WHOLE LOT OF SENSE. IF YOU SUSPEND YOUR SHAME YOU CAN EXPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS AND NOT ONLY YOU WILL FEEL THEM BUT PEOPLE WILL BE MOVED BY THEM TOO AND THEY CAN EMPATHISE AND FEEL THOSE EMOTIONS TOO AND HELP THEM RELEASE WHEN THEY CRY AT A SAD MOVIE OR LAUGH AT FUNNY STUFF...RELEASE EMOTIONS...
