the soul is not touched
all these negative energies
you experience
are traps of the fearful egoic mind
little more
become the watcher
who watches the thinker
and calmness of spirit
shall prevail
you are not your mind nor your
thoughts
you are the great love that
sleeps so peacefully within
allowing your mind
this stage upon to rant
commune with that quiet
deep within you
and your innate inner peace
will sort out
many aspects of your
mental pain.................
