REPAIRNG BELIEF(flows almost Shakespearian like)

JOURNAL#15

halt where you are

yon master of such fond grace

turn over your depleted wares

let delusion meant erode at your

foolish case

for shadowed deed and frivolous flair

such redemption has already broken my

weary staff

be quick now and aid me in her replacement

but deny me this small charity

and ye shall stumble in your gaff

no prominent mention of debt

need ever pass through these subtle

yet babbling lips

nor shall any credence be gained by the

suffering of such punitive indifference

I defiantly strip you of your leery awe

so do not liken me with all that in yourself

you vehemently appall

mine mirror image wavers to another' s far

greater likeness

I walk by choice along side all that is right

and good

I cherish the finer reflections of many

and stand proud

even as I lay down my mended staff beside

your much too needful will

we are brothers

though from another plain in life

so, come, let us take the path unto

righteousness together

for it is the Lord's wish and seeing that

there is no greater fear than that found

within the heart's quietest cry

I say come now brother let us be rich

in all that is important to the Lord

simply put

that means

peace to come among you and I...............

Author's Notes/Comments:

I very much enjoyed the flow of this piece as it came to me. Was reading some old English type historical novel at the time and the lingo of that came through in this. This Almost reads as Scarlet letter light! well, to me anyway. laughs.
