evenings don't often

for me

dictate my moods

where as

for some

they indeed

quite too often

do

the concept's grasp

with such riddling feint

contrast

can clearly recant

at shameless will

with little virtuous flair

along the gutted resovoirs

of the receptiveness of the page

all quaintly reflect

though

valid or not

fearless

success or failure

depending on the captivation

of the so entranced

versus

the ability and intent of such

creative blaze

swimming in the back wash

treads quite deadly

that scuttler of all original thought

'Villain By Choice'

indifference

the fiercest sword

mounted but only by just a weary notch

above

writer's block

a true ornery sore demon

that every sort of writer

dead or alive

or even yet born

will have/has had

to do battle with

yours truly

most certainly included..........
