are you there

I can hear you

with my soul

your love cascades down

upon me

everywhere I go

oh Daddy, Do you know

I've loved you so

even on the darkest days

when I missed you even more

I see your smile now

in my children's eyes

and that window once

to all my joy

becomes an open garden's door
