all bullocks it is
to their disbelieving eyes
I say
swat those bothersome flies
named the likes of Ebenezer Scrooge
as they are
reflections of dimwitted doubt
they appear
hanging on as they have
when allowed
to the fringes
of ole Jacob Marley's chains
who be these Lordless Lemony Snickets
to undercut the beauty
to which your talent's true tender lies
write the lot of them off as naught
for they cannot touch the truth
the depth the very character's core
to which your wide, broad ,deep, loving
insight provides
truth is beauty yes
but when invited to 'A Nitwit's Roast'
allow beauty the option
to hang such ugliness itself
out to dry..........
