Though times are hard,

my wish is to be with you,

no matter what happens,

you've always seen me,

for whom I really am;

a person who loves,

cares for those unknown,

in this world of ours.



You are so far away now,

though inside my heart,

forever you will be,

for my wish tonight,

is to be with you,

under the full moonlight.



Now sleep well,

and dream calmly,

I'm here next to you,

so don't be scared,

of the darkness outside,

I'll light your way,

safely home towards me,

you are my dear friend,

I'll always be next to you.
