Thank You For....

Family

Thank you for giving birth to me,

even though you didn't know,

how I would turn out to be.

Thank you for loving me,

which I hardly showed it;

I really do love you,

you'll always be inside of me.

Thank you for giving me your wisdom,

which helped me be a better self to you,

and to everyone else around me.

Thank you for putting a roof over my head,

which it seemed like I didn't really appreciate it,

but I really did deep down inside my heart.

Thank you for giving me a brother and a sister,

for they will always be a pain in the butt,

but will be in my heart and in my future,

just like you will always be my mother,

by a guiding star that leads me to heaven.

Thank you for throwing me parties on my birthday,

even though I had told you "No!",

you still gave me them and inside my heart,

I really wanted it and cherished each memory.

Thank you for being my mother,

for I will never let go of that passion,

and love you have given us, your children,

the deepest love you could give,

is the same we will give to our babies.

You now sleep on the couch dreaming away,

with somewhat of being upset,

about some words spoken out,

but you know how much I thank you so,

and how much we, your children, will love you so.
