Away from thorns and sorrow

Walks devoid of horror

In full fledged gaity

A life of joyous bounty

So may we live.



As ages revolve

And men and nature evolves

As times come and go

We as one shall glow

So may we live.



Shadows of fickle fiends fade

Substance of good friends shade

Our lives, all wrath disposing

Of life and faith composing

So may we live.



Fair trip on fair road

Lightened course and road

On with bright strides

Onward to the stars

So may we live.



And in all our year

As you alone do rear

Grant, good lord we pray

Us and Ours, a bright ray

So may we live.



That in this gift of life

Which in full we do have

Be for us a piece

To show forth your peace

So may we live.



And when our days are done

When life's breath is gone

Show us to your rest

And bless our work at last

So may we live.
