All i ask,

Is for the hurt to stop.

For this to be lifted,

So that I can go on’

And love somebody else,

Maybe even myself.

And for you to be gone.

Just for me to be strong-

And accept there’s nothing

Living here to save,

And save my precious tears

For another rainy day.
