Just maybe there is hope
If i could just hold on to the rope
Divide the problems and add a solution
Navigate the world around and all it's pollution
Cast out the darkness down below
Creating light where energy can go
Distracting negative thoughts with colorful dreams
Sleepless nights and quite streams
Faith in nothing but the past
Focused on the future as time fades fast
Erase the days left behind
The path once traveled i can't find
Glue the answers to the question on top of the wall
Sit back and watch the dominoes fall
Knowing the truth every time i hear a lie
As i spread my wings and fly
The world around me doesn't exist
In my own world with a familiar twist
I can't hear what doesn't make a sound
When all my courage crashes down
Just maybe the dreams i keep
Can give me hope after sleep
