In the courtroom of fantasy the lawyers spit

And you throw your fit

I can see that you are not happy today

I know that you didnt get your way

How do you feel

Knowing that it was all real

Did you really think that you could win

Do you honestly think that you can raise children

Years down the supple road

Your children have grown

Into wonderful young adults

Where only you own their faults

In the courtroom of fantasy the lawyers spit

And you throw your fit

In the courtroom of reality

Do you love your kids honestly?

Author's Notes/Comments:

I was thinking of the stories that my grandma told me about my mom throwing a fit in front of the judge when she found out that she lost her case to get custody of my sister and I.
