To love you is wrong

But I kept that strong

To want you

Was something you knew



I believed in you and me

But again, wrong I see

I thought of you

And what I thought was true

I crashed and burned

When tables turned

I was left alone

My heart to stone



I cried the tears

Worried the fears

Believed in all of you hopelessly

All I asked was that you believed in me
