Running at the speed of light
The light shines so bright
Blinding me from finding the might
To get you out of my life
You cause more bad than good
But for some reason I can't get rid of you for good
Today is the day where I find my space
and I break this gate
That is holding me back
And causing me to make mistakes
Mistakes that I wouldn't have made
If I was in the right mind state
Ever feel like you're being too nice?
Like all the people you help just step over you like ice
