To Those Not Unlike Me

Folder:
Self Poetry

To the people in this world who choose to use their brains, as opposed to their muscle;
To those who like to listen to the crisp autumn leaves rustle.
To those who like to use their creativity;
To increase their productivity.
To those who see a beautiful spectrum where there is black and white;
To those who see many bright lights in the darkness of night.
To those who often look into the sky;
And have, many times, dreamed that they could fly.
To those who feel the magic of white cotton;
To those who feel pain when they were children, and haven't forgotten.
To those who are full-grown, but have the heart of a child;
To those who have a gentle soul, and not one that is wild.
To those who must believe in magic;
When they have had many experiences in life that are tragic.
To those whose minds don't live on this earth;
To those who aren't appreciated for what they are really worth.
To all of the gentle artists and poets who die inside;
Because they don't feel their worlds are open wide.
To all of my fellow agnostic believers;
Who are deeply appreciative givers and receivers.
To all of you, I wish you well;
Because life should be better than on this earth of hell.
