I See a Future for Myself

Self Poetry I see money in my future, which is cool;
But, it will take me back to school.
I am a little frightened; for I haven't been to school in years;
Right now I am having a lot of fears.
But, if it works out, I will be able to make money by being employed;
That will make me overjoyed.
I may go to Germanna Community College;
So that I can gain some knowledge.
I want to earn a degree in Liberal Arts;
Which fills my soul with hearts.
Then, I want to work at Hallmark.com;
So proud will be my Dad and my Mom.
I need to take a moment to rest; for this morning happened so quickly;
I am feeling cold and prickly.
I think I'll rest beside my man;
Because I've been so busy doing the best that I can.
