I’m trying,

Is this my place?

I don’t know,

I’m trying,

And I need to try for myself,

I need to try to be a part of this family,

I am missing something,

I need to try,

Just try,

Is this my place?

I do not know,

I am not getting my hopes up to high,

But I need to try,

I need to see if this is my place,

And mom,

You are my mom,

You have been there through everything,

You are my heroe,

And no one will ever take your place,

I love you so,

But I need to try,

I am not going to go out of my way and try,

They need to want me there,

Like today,

I felt ok,

Is this my place?

I just don’t know,

But I just need to try.
