Goodnight sweet angel

and rest your little head.

before you know it, 

it's morning.

Rise and shine,

and let the day begin.

We want it filled with smiles,

so make sure to get your sleep.

Cause a monster toddler all day,

makes mommy feel rather weak.

I want to see your eye's shine in wonder,

all day long.

 see you learn and ponder

as the day goes on and on.

Let's name the shape of the clouds while I hold your little hand.

Have a picnic in the yard,

let's build in the sand.

After dinner time, 

let's put you in the bath,

We wash away the day,

you really love to spash.

we get you in your jammies,

and tell our silly stories.

you tell me to Check your closet,

I look and tell you "not to worry".

I tuck you in nice and tight,

and I kiss your little cheek.

 I turn out the light.

"Tomorrow is a new day make sure to get your sleep,

good night little one.... sweet dreams".
