For a moment

our paths crossed

again

I found a home in your heart

and the moon in your eyes

I knew since then

I wanted

to be 

by your side.

But you left

right

at the perfect time.

I had to learn

you yearned to fly.

And now I know

as time goes by

you're the first person

to stay

on my mind.

You held 

my heart

in your arms 

that night

and since then

being without

you

just doesn't

feel

right.
