God (Inspired by) I never thought you would be able
to use someone like me,
when I’m so clumsy in speech
and movement.
But that was your will for me,
that despite my shortcomings,
through you, I would be worthy
to be called yours.
I could never earn your favor
for that would demean the gift;
it was meant to show
the beauty of your grace.
