Holding your hand fast,
Eyes locked down tight,
As I look to the sky,
The stars shining bright,
Hearing nothing but,
Every breath you take,
Repeating this forever's,
Dreaming while awake,
Every time you smile,
No one could come close,
Inside my guarded heart,
No one could really know,
Every time I hear your voice,
Fighting back a tide,
Of feelings flowing over me,
Which I'm forced to hide,
Let's stay friends forever,
Even when we may not seem,
Reliving every moment,
As though it were a dream.
