You Matter. You are Seen .You are Loved.
There's times in our lives that we feel like we aren't seen, don't matter, aren't loved.
Like Gideon:
Judges 6:12-13 NIV
[12] When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.” [13] “Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied, “but if the Lord is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our ancestors told us about when they said, ‘Did not the Lord bring us up out of Egypt?’ But now the Lord has abandoned us and given us into the hand of Midian.”

Judges 6:14-16 NIV
[14] The Lord turned to him and said, “Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian’s hand. Am I not sending you?” [15] “Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied, “but how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.” [16] The Lord answered, “I will be with you, and you will strike down all the Midianites, leaving none alive.”

Sometimes we say we are the weakest. The least of these. No one loves us. No one understands us. No one see us.
The Lord answered Gideon I will be with you. He is telling us today. I will be with you. He is telling me today. I will be with you. I see you.
Another example.
John 3:16-17 NIV
[16] For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

He's always here:
Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV
[6] Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Not only does he love us, he chose us. We matter and are loved so much that we were chosen before the creation of the world:
Ephesians 1:4-6 NIV
[4] For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love [5] he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— [6] to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

He loves us.
Jeremiah 31:3 NIV
[3] The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.

He sees us and hears us:
Psalms 34:17-19 NIV
[17] The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. [18] The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. [19] The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all;

We are often told about God's phone number.

I myself have often prayed many times in my life. “Lord Help Me”
Tears in bed at night. Tears in shower where no one can see or hear. Lord help me!! I know I am not the only one that has been there. I call to him.
Psalms 46:1-7 NIV
[1] God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. [2] Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, [3] though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. [4] There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. [5] God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. [6] Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. The Lord almighty is with us.
