The Boy Under The Tree

There's a boy under the tree,

only thirteen.

Thank god he's not in high-school,

'cause everyone's mean.

He sits there all day,

sitting in the shade.

Thinking of all the mistakes,

that he's made.

He tries not to think of that one fateful day,

when he had lost his mother because of one mistake.

He missed her and mourned her all through his life,

and avoiding his father because of their strife.

For he is the boy that sits under the tree,

avoiding all contact,

cause he doesn't want to hurt anyone else,

and that's a fact.
