The room where my father once lived when he was a kid for about 16 years remains intact. Most of the times the door stays closed, the reason is for children not being able to enter so they can’t destroy any precious nor fragile things because events such as Christmas or birthdays realizes there in my grandfather’s house. KISS 80`s group collection, that was all about there at the other side of that mysterious door. When I was little I didn’t like music as much as I like it today, to be honest I didn’t care about music. So entering that room results for me tenebrous and besides I didn’t felt curious of knowing, but that didn’t stop my father for forcing me to enter so he could show me his collection. There was no such a day I asked myself why my father spent his energies and shared his enthusiasm for his collection with someone who doesn’t even really care or show interest? Eventually I became convinced thanks to my father, so he starts making his tour around his room for me. From the moment we walked in and cross the door, he quickly wanted to get to the real place; all other things or objects were irrelevant. The time came, we finally got to the corner of the room where it was the place my father had his whole collection, actually it looks like a kind of sanctuary. There where posters of all sizes, most of them signed from a different member of the band, also there where concert tickets from different parts of the world, he also have four long players (big discos) with the image of each of the band as cover. And finally the most precious thing of all, regardless of whether you are a fan or not of the group or even though how old are you this thing will call anyone attention. It was a small but a really realistic scenario, the members of the KISS band were literally having the same outfit that they often use and each one has their own instrument just as same physical shape. Another feature is that the scenario have the possibility to put music as background, so at the same time you might watch the play of the lights, of course that must be present in a rock concert. Days might pass or perhaps generations, but all the collection will remain intact, probably with some dust.
