It's getting closer to the time of year

Of last year when you three passed away

I miss you and will always love you

And I will always remember that day.



Last year, around this time

The month was July, fifth was the day

2004 was the year

And I still can't believe you've gone away.



I lost my uncle, aunt, and cousin

In the oh so scary flames

The cops came and firemen

Only to take down some names.



When I got the call that you all were gone

My tears didn't stop that morning

For, I still still miss you

And I will not ever stop mourning.



July 4th is going to be lonely

Without you there with me

God knows what he's doing

and This is how it's gotta be.



I miss your calls, your jokes,

Your laugh, and your truck

Your music so cool, strong

and How you'd crack me up.



I miss you and I will always know

That you all are in heaven so

All I got to do now is look up

And see the clouds,

And I know you're there.
