Everybody wants to be happy..... YES!

Knowing your happiness simplifies your life. It defines what you enjoy, desires, thoughts or hopes. Happiness is our personal fulfillment and peace of mind. It's far greater than our family, career, wildest dreams and ambitions with diff. kinds of styles and emotions. Let me share additional information about happiness.

* Happiness is not something to be picked up from somewhere.
* Happiness is just around the corner. It is just in front of us.

Hmmnn, not to be picked up from somewhere, but just in front of us…

The Concept of Happiness:

* “Happiness is not merely a fulfillment of desires. This is the philosophical viewpoint of happiness. “Desire and happiness cannot go together hand in hand”. The presence of one implies the absence of the other. It is a cosmic law that heavy bodies go down and light bodies go up, and so soul full of wants and desires, longings, cravings, and strivings, becomes a heavy thing destined to go down to hell.”

* "It is just in front of us." Everybody wants to be happy, but when happiness is already there, we still don’t experience it. And we tend to look for something abstract we have to pay for and to look for esp. when we have problems. Being happy doesn’t mean we are less problematic. Each one of us has problems and it depends on how we cope with it. Problems are natural part of life.

QUOTES:

HAPPY- being happy doesn’t mean we don’t have problems; being light of heart is actually much better on the body that being the opposite.

ATTITUDE- having a good attitude and being intrinsically happy is better for our health and better for recovery from illness.

ATTITUDE is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than what people do or say. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.

PEACE- having peace and fulfillment in all aspects of life. Pray for your happiness, with purpose, and to be of service to your fellow men.

PATIENCE- be kind and be gentle. “If you want others to treat you more kindly, you must develop better people skills.”

INTEGRITY- being honest with good character for “character is more important than intelligence.”

NICE-be nice in doing things, happiness and contentment must be in focusing our minds on the present moment. . “Don’t be sad, don’t be angry, if life deceives you! Submit to your grief – your time for joy will come believe me.”

EXERCISE- exercise happiness., it is a proven antidote for mild depression and anxiety. Being happy is good for the body.

SELF-ESTEEM- it is the values and sense of worth we had internally. “At the heart of personality is the need to feel a sense of being lovable without having to qualify acceptance.”

SHARING- be ready at all times to share anyone who ask you to explain the hope you have.
