 Stop Your Heart and Lose Your Mind

My good friend is losin’ his mind
My girlfriend, she’s goin’ blind
They all want the
Same thing from me
But I can’t be anything but me 

The other day my dog died
My momma, she cried and cried
Oh yeah what a
Sight to see
My dog’s soul has been set free 

Oh yeah what a great day it’s been
Travelin’ ‘round movin’ with the wind
Shinin’ sun, shine
Down on me
I’m as happy as can be 

Now, I’m gonna strum and blow my harp
And I won’t stop ‘till my heart stops
Oh no don’t
Let it stop
And please don’t call the cops 

Now, we all feel copasetic
And everyone’s got their own antics
But we all know
How to get along
