Down upon
Or punished
For doing
Good for others
A kid gets
Punished
In school
For sharing food
With a classmate
Who couldn't
Afford food
For lunch
Two Pastors
And a 90 year old man
Are arrested
For feeding
The homeless
In Florida
Wake up
Society
We should not
Be punishing
These people
We should
Be treating them
As the heroes
They are
And encouraging
Others to do the same
Because at the end
Of the day
One thing
This world
Is sorely
Lacking
Is more people
Like them
Who are actually
Willing to be selfless
Enough to do
The right thing
By others
