Why spread hate
That benefits
No one
When you can
Spread love
Instead
Love, acceptance,
And learning
Honestly
Haters
What is
So damn hard
About learning
From others
From their cultures
Their belief's
Who they are
Is it really
So hard to believe
That in doing so
We may end up
Learning more
About
And better
ourselves
Which is
Never a
Bad thing
But at this point
Even in 2014
Far too many
Are still too  set
In their ways
Which unfortunately
Includes hate
But one day
I am certain

We will get passed
All the hate
And the anger
And we will
Know better
But until then
I will keep fighting
To see that
Better day
That I know
Will come
Somehow
Someday
