Calm are the stars
In the sky
That do shine
Down on me tonight
Beautiful and bright
Shinning a
Peaceful light
Into my soul
Giving me hope
For a better tomorrow
Gentle is the breeze
The surrounds me
With a feeiling
Of overwhelming peace
And clarity
As it does blow away
All the hate
And negativity
That is plaguing me
Leaving me feeling
That true peace
In our messed up society
Will finally someday be
And leaves me with
The understanding
That said peace
Starts as much with you
As it does in me
