In their day
Celebrated by history

For being the only ones
Who had the gall
To speak up and speak out
Without a second thought
Standing up for themselves
And others
Against the bullshit
Of the day
Ruining society
In every possible way
Speaking the truth
When all anyone believes are lies
Spread by leaders 
Demanding everyone

Pick a side
In the name of country pride
Leaving us all blind 
To what is actually right
